Are you concerned that your water pillow may be leaking?
It is extraordinarily rare that a water pillow will leak unless it is punctured. For example, a recent customer of ours replaced her 2-month old Chiroflow Water Pillow because her dog punctured it with its teeth.
This is certainly an exception.
The bladder inside these pillows is made from a thick, durable vinyl that resists normal wear and tear. So, unless you have a playful dog, you really should not have a problem.
However, the vinyl within the pillow may stretch out slightly after a few months of use. As a result, you may feel as if you’ve lost some water because the pillow feels softer than it once was.
This is perfectly normal. It has happened to me as well.
Simply add more water to achieve the desired firmness, and you’ll be as good as new.
So unless you have a puddle or dripping water when you first fill the pillow with water, you should be fine.
